Return Policy for different Products
For all Meat and Seafood Products
Any food-contact packing must be in its original unaltered condition and stored at acceptable temperature. (≤ 4°C)
For Live Seafood Products
All products must be inspected at time of receiving. Must allow 5% mortality
and/or shrinkage. (No claims are accepted after signing)
For Fresh Meat/Seafood Products
Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. No claims are accepted after 24 hours.
For All Frozen Products
Returns must be reported within 7 days. No claims are accepted after 7 days.
